General Policies
Doors will open 30 minutes prior to curtain. Have your ticket ready on your phone and head straight to the entrance of the theatre. Tickets will be sold at the door - cash, credit or check accepted. Fees apply with credit cards.
In the event that tickets are sold out online, there is a waitlist at the door. Arrive early to put your name on the waitlist. Around 5 minutes until curtain, we will start selling all available seats. Often times, everyone on the waitlist gets to see the show!
There is no flash photography or recording of any kind permitted during performances.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (San Luis Obispo High School).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
